The pricing for your project will depend on the number of pages and complexity of features required. We will offer you a fixed-price quote once we've discussed your brief and the project scope is clear.

We never charge retrospectively by the hour or day for our work, as we feel this would create a conflict of interest which incentivises us to take longer than we should. Instead, we offer fixed, up-front and no-obligation quotes before starting work. We keep to our word until the job is completed, even if it takes us longer than we anticipated (as long as the scope of work doesn't materially change).

We're very happy to help you with small fixes and improvements. We will discuss what you need then offer you a fixed-price quote for the work. Pricing for small fixes, updates and improvements generally starts at £99 + VAT, depending on complexity. We can support you with ongoing development as part of our Care Plan options too.

The creation of conversion-focused marketing copy is one of our core strengths and we would be very happy to help you produce content for your website. We can either adapt and polish your draft wording, or write it completely from scratch. This is an optional, fixed-price service (dependent on the approximate amount of writing you'll need) which we can include in your project quote.

We want you to feel closely involved and up to speed, at every stage of the project.

We share our work-in-progress with you via a simple, user-friendly project management tool called Basecamp and we typically schedule a weekly call with you to discuss progress and collect your feedback.

You’ll be able to preview the new website on a separate development URL before we launch it on your own domain name, so you can fully review it and provide feedback. We'll only launch it once you're completely happy with everything.

We want you to be completely happy with your new website; we're always open to your ideas and will help you make them a reality. In order for us to deliver what we promise within the time frame and budget we agree, the scope for making changes during the project may be limited - it will depend on how quick and easy they are to include.

If the extra features would add significant time or complexity onto the project, then we'll suggest that we either extend the deadline for the project, or schedule them for a second phase once the new website has been launched according to the original plan and proposal. We'll offer you another no-obligation, fixed-price quote for the additional work.

If the project is expected to run for longer than 1 month, we will split the total project fee into 3 monthly instalments. If the project is expected to be completed in less than 1 month, we will instead issue a 50% deposit invoice to be paid up-front when we begin work, with the remaining 50% balance to be paid when the website launches. For our monthly recurring hosting and maintenance options, billing begins at the time the website launches. We accept all major debit and credit cards including MasterCard, Visa and American Express, or direct bank transfers. We provide full invoices and VAT receipts.
