Fair-Well is a grocery refill delivery service operating in North London which allows people to shop plastic-free in a convenient and low-cost way.

Their original website was a DIY project built using Wix. They selected us to work with them to fully redesign and rebuild the website from the ground up, with a bespoke and unique booking system which notifies customers’ neighbours when new bookings are made so that they can ‘jump on’ to the booking too, making the delivery more efficient and community focused.
A major part of our work involved rethinking and redesigning the user journeys through the site, in order to make the system more robust, automated and scalable for the business whilst also making it clear and intuitive for customers.
