The new website not only looks modern and professional, it is also time saving – membership applications are now virtually fully automated once the grade of the applicant is approved, I would say saving in the region of 90% admin time. The old website was very dated and its member database was being handled in a separate system. They needed to revamp the site’s design and create a fully integrated, bespoke & modernised membership system.
We were delighted to be selected to work with the IFSM team to upgrade the website. We aimed to make the site simpler to navigate and easier to understand, with a fresh new look and a modernised membership system.
